SNL musical guests include Demi Lovato, The Weeknd
They'll join Miley Cyrus who will act as musical guest and host for the season opener
Saturday Night Live has rounded out its trio of first musical guests, adding two 2015 Video Music Award performers to the list that already includes the VMA host herself.
After announcing that Miley Cyrus would both host and perform on the season premiere of Saturday Night Live, the show’s Twitter account revealed that she will be followed by The Weeknd, who will perform on the Amy Schumer-hosted Oct. 10 episode. And Demi Lovato will follow as musical guest on the Oct. 17 episode, which is hosted by SNL vet Tracy Morgan.
The Weeknd performed “Can’t Feel My Face” while Lovato and Iggy Azalea performed “Cool for the Summer” at the 2015 VMA’s.
The SNL season will premiere with Cyrus pulling double duty on Oct. 3.
