A$AP Rocky and Twenty One Pilots? Why not.

The Harlem rapper and Columbus, Ohio band brought a mix of rock and hip-hop — and a little “L$D” — to Sunday night’s Video Music Awards. And while that sounds like an odd combination, it kind of worked.

Among the tracks they performed were At.Long.Last.A$AP cut “M’$,” Rocky’s tribute to the late A$AP Yams, and fan-favorite “L$D.” They also played Twenty One Pilots’ “HeavyDirtySoul” and “Lane Boy.” Check out the full performance below:

A$AP was up for one Moonman at Sunday night’s show, for Best Editing for fellow ALLA cut “L$D.”
