Imma let you finish, but Kanye West has one of the most extensive collections of music videos of all time. The rapper, whose name became a verb when he infamously stage-rushed Taylor Swift during the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, has an opinion or five about how to visually represent his projects.

West has covered all the bases in the music video world: from the simplistic beauty of “Only One” (featuring a cameo of daughter North) to the high production value of the countless Hype Williams collaborations and the green screen wonder that is “Bound 2.” Take it from the guy who once said, “I TiVo rap videos so I can study them, to learn what steps to take to crush them all.”

To celebrate West receiving MTV’s Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at Sunday’s VMAs, we’re taking a look back at some of his most notable music videos from years past. To rank the videos, tap on the arrows on the left side of the clip.
