Justin Bieber What Do You Mean? music video debuts
Talk about a good VMAs digestif: After MTV’s annual awards show, where Justin Bieber performed his new single “What Do You Mean?” for the first time live (and broke down in tears in the process), the 21-year-old singer released the sexy music video for the track.
Directed Brad Furman (The Lincoln Lawyer and Runner Runner), the video shows Bieber rolling around in bed with a woman before getting kidnapped by a masked man. Things have a happy ending, however, as Bieber and his onscreen girlfriend wind up skateboarding with friends.
Bieber’s follow-up to 2013’s Journals is due this November, and it will delve into what it’s really like being Bieber. “There’s some personal stuff and some ballads,” a source told EW about the album. “There’s some spoken-word moments with him literally talking about what he’s going through in his life. It’s all about the experience of being Justin Bieber.”
