USA is uncomplicating its schedule.

The network has axed medical drama Complications after one season.

The series starred Jason O’Mara as a suburban doctor whose act of street-violence heroism results in all sorts of, well, Complications.

The Matt Nix-produced series ran for 10 episodes after debuting in June. USA has four pilots in the pipeline to potentially replace the show, plus has two promising forthcoming drama series — sci-fi thriller Colony and drug-running drama Queen of the South.

The cancelation comes on the heels of EW reporting that VH1 has canceled one of its freshman scripted series, Hindsight.
