Now in its sixth year, the Fool’s Gold Day Off festival has grown beyond its humble beginnings as a New York Labor Day party. This year’s iteration encompasses five cities over four weekends. Fool’s Gold founder A-Trak will make an appearance at every stop of the festival, accompanying carefully curated lineups meant to both show off the best acts of Fool’s Gold and appeal to each different city. Ahead of the first stop this Saturday in Los Angeles, EW caught up with A-Trak to ask him about the songs that have impacted his life.
