With songs like “Last Name” and “Before He Cheats,” Carrie Underwood knows a thing or two about hardworking women who need to do a little something for themselves. Her latest track, “Smoke Break,” is the lead single from her upcoming album Storyteller — the star’s first studio record in three years. The dusty, golden video for “Smoke Break” shows a diner waitress (and mother of four), toiling away behind the counter — until she meets a handsome city boy who shares her occasional vices.

“I feel like [Storyteller] is just really relatable,” Underwood told EW. “There’s going to be a lot of songs on the album that people can listen to and be like ‘I totally get what you’re trying to say.’”

Check out the video above; Underwood’s new album is out on Oct. 23.
