ABC's "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." - Season Three

ABC has just released a wealth of new details about the upcoming third season of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. in an extended synopsis that reveals who’s playing the big bad Lash, and some new Inhumans joining the show—but there’s still one piece of info missing.

First, let’s take a look at the full synopsis, then scroll down below for a quick dissection:

Our five biggest questions after reading this:

  • The missing info? The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. bosses really don’t want us to know the name of the character that Constance Zimmer is playing. Who is she?
  • Melinda May still hasn’t returned from her vacation. What’s the deal?!
  • If the Terrigen crystals have spread through the fish oil pills and are transforming new Inhumans, what are they doing to regular humans?
  • Former NFL star Matthew Willig will be portraying Inhuman villain Lash. Standing at a monstrous 6 foot 8, what is this character going to look like?
  • Joey is not listed among the names of established Inhumans from the comic books, so who is he?

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will return Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
