The Voice is stocking up on superstars for its ninth season. Having already added Selena Gomez, John Fogerty and Brad Paisley to its lineup, EW has confirmed that Missy Elliott will join the singing competition. The hip-hop star will serve as the advisor to judge Pharrell Williams’ team.

This rounds out the upcoming season’s mentors, who include Gomez working for Stefani’s team, Paisley assisting Shelton’s crew and Fogerty helping out Levine’s squad. Rihanna will operate as the key advisor to all contestants.

In addition to joining The Voice, Elliott, who performed with Katy Perry at the 2015 Super Bowl, is slowing putting together her seventh studio album. Williams told Jimmy Fallon in April that he was in the studio with the “Work It” singer, and at June’s ASCAP Rhythm and Soul Music Awards, Timbaland said Elliott would be releasing a Williams-produced single in the near future.

Until then, fans of the “Get Ur Freak On” rapper can look for her on the reality show this fall.

The Voice returns Sept 21. at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.

E! News first reported Elliot’s addition to the judges’ panel.
