Every Friday night Jimmy Fallon finishes the week by writing his “Thank You Notes.” This week the Tonight Show host made sure to thank Bill Clinton for reaching a milestone age.

“Thank you, Bill Clinton, for celebrating your 69th birthday this week. Or as his Facebook friends put it: ‘Not gonna touch this one,’” Fallon wrote.

Fallon also thanked Vladimir Putin for taking a submarine tour of the bottom of the Black Sea, writing that he was “going to visit some old frenemies.” This spawned Fallon’s impression of Putin, which more resembled the Count from Sesame Street than the Russian President.
