Just last month, Arcade Fire announced that they’re releasing their first feature film: The Reflektor Tapes. Directed by Kahlil Joseph, who won the 2013 Sundance Grand Jury Prize for Short Films, The Reflektor Tapes follows the band around the world and documents the creation of their fourth album, Reflektor, from the album’s initial beginnings in Jamaica to the band’s arena gigs in London and Los Angeles.

The Reflektor Tapes will hit theaters Sept. 24, and now, the band has shared the first official trailer for the film, featuring behind-the-scenes footage captured by the band, as well as scenes from Arcade Fire’s over-the-top live shows — with plenty of costumes, glitter, and confetti.
