John Stamos leaves rehab: Actor posts first tweet since leaving treatment center

John Stamos posted a photo of himself on Twitter and Instagram in his first social media post since entering rehab earlier in July.

“I’m back!” he wrote on Twitter. “Took a month to take care of things. Healthy. Feeling grateful for the love & support of family & friends.”

Stamos headed to rehab shortly after being arrested for driving under the influence in June, and didn’t offer much comment on his arrest beyond a tweet that said, “Thanks to everyone for their love & support. I’m home & well. Very appreciative of hte BHPD & Cedars for their care.”
