Kocktails with Khloé, described as a “prime-time, hybrid talk series” has just been greenlit by the FYI network. Hosted by the youngest of the Kardashian sisters, production begins immediately on eight one-hour episodes.
The series will have Khloé’s friends and celebrity guests dropping by her kitchen for intimate dinner parties “filled with cooking, pop culture, conversation and outrageously fun party games.”
Though this latest entry in the Kardashian-Jenner empire will not air on E!, like Keeping Up with the Kardashians and its many spin-offs, Khloé isn’t the first of her family to break free from the network that made them a household name in favor of chat-show stardom. Kris, a daytime talk show hosted by Kris Jenner, had a short-lived run in 2013 on Fox.
“Kocktails with Khloé is something I’m extremely proud of and I’m excited to execute it with my amazing partners, Pilgrim and FYI,” said Khloé in an FYI statement. “I’m lucky that I’ve been able to invite fans into my life and home on a weekly basis and this show will give me an opportunity to continue to do that with new and exciting guests. Being an executive producer allows me the opportunity to create original content and I can’t wait to show my fans what we have in store on Kocktails with Khloé.”
Pop the Kristal and mix yourself a sidekar — Kocktails with Khloé is set to air sometime later this year.
