Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce season 2: Megan Hilty, Maury Sterling and Aaron Staton join cast
Three familiar faces are joining Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce for season 2.
EW has exclusively learned that the Bravo dramedy — starring Lisa Edelstein as a fortysomething self-help author who is once again single — has tapped Smash star Megan Hilty for the role of Charlene, a Southern belle who is married to Frumpkis, the ex-husband of Jo (Alanna Ubach). And which actors will be playing Frumpkis, who travels to Los Angeles to reconnect with his daughter? That would be Homeland‘s Maury Sterling, reporting for duty. In addition, Mad Men‘s Aaron Staton will pop up as JD, a love interest for one of the women.
Previously announced recurring guest stars for the upcoming season include Parks and Recreation vet Retta and Human Target‘s Mark Valley.
Season 2, which began filming last month, is slated to air later this year.
