79 golf video games in 79 seconds

EA’s PGA Tour series returned this year with Rory McIlroy PGA Tour replacing the Tiger Woods-titled series of years past. While the game has been met with a mixed critical reception, it continues the long tradition of video game golf that extends far beyond the PGA Tours and Mario Golfs of the gaming world.

To celebrate its release, Skratch TV put together a montage of 79 golf games in 79 seconds, compiling everything from the 1979 Golf Magnavox Odyssey to this year’s PGA Tour.

Rory McIlroy PGA Tour is now available on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
