Ballers renewed by HBO

HBO is up for another game of Ballers.

The Rock’s sports comedy series was just renewed for a second season.

Ballers follows life-after-football for a retired athlete turned financial advisor played by Dwayne Johnson.

The first episode of Ballers had 8.3 million viewers across HBO’s platforms, making it HBO’s most-watched debut episode of a half-hour series since 2009’s Hung.
