Marvel’s Cinematic Universe has become one of the driving forces in blockbuster films, but Honest Trailers reminds us of where it all began with Screen Junkies‘ take on the original Iron Man.

Perhaps better titled Marvel Man, the latest honest trailer showcases how so many of the characters, beats, and choices in Tony Stark’s first adventure set the stage for everything Marvel — and much of Hollywood — has done since.

So whether you enjoy a good Stan Lee cameo, a ton of quips, or sitting through credits just so you can see a few extra seconds of film, the latest honest trailer is definitely for you. It’s also a great reminder of the only time someone has looked cool riding a Segway.
