President Obama held a Q&A on Twitter on Wednesday, and while many questions hit on issues of national concern, one user asked what music POTUS listens to nowadays. Obama answered with two cool picks: “Liberation” by Outkast and “Lonely Boy” by The Black Keys.
Perhaps feeling opportunistic, the band took the chance to ask to hitch a ride.
A nice pipedream, getting the Presidential aircraft to jet around the world on tour. Sadly, the President shot them and their dreams down. But he simultaneously offered an exciting alternative that definitely needs to happen.
Can you imagine Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney in the Oval Office? It could work!
