Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea’s much-anticipated “Pretty Girls” collaboration didn’t live up to the hype when it dropped last month, and Azalea knows the song has underwhelmed. The rapper blamed poor promotion for the track’s failure during an impromptu Twitter Q&A on Monday.

“It’s difficult to send a song up the charts without additional promo and tv performances etc.” Azalea wrote, before throwing shade at Spears. “Unfortunately I’m just featured…”

As fans came to Spears’s defense, Azalea continued to say she wished the two had given more performances of the song and believed the track had room to grow, and even called Spears a friend.

But in a reply to The Pop Zone, Azalea said she didn’t have to “suck the womans a–hole 24/7 to be her friend.”

Spears didn’t directly respond to Azalea’s comments, but did post this to her Twitter account on Monday:

The shade is real?
