Big Sean’s 2015 album Dark Sky Paradise has plenty of wild moments, but it also includes “One Man Can Change The World,” a somber collaboration with labelmates Kanye West and John Legend. The song is the Detroit rapper’s tribute to his late grandmother, and on Friday he shared a powerful black-and-white video for it. In the clip, a young boy wanders through a rundown town. Big Sean recites verses from on top of a scrapped car and behind a lectern.

Big Sean has given emotional performances of the track before — notably on The Tonight Show  in April — and has spoken about the song’s meaning at length. “I just lost my grandma,” he told MTV News when he released Dark Sky Paradise in February. “Right before she passed, I wrote this song. A major part of the song is about her. She never got a chance to hear it. It’s just an emotional thing.”  Check out the music video for “One Man Can Change The World” below.
