Pavement hasn’t released new music in years, but that’s about to change—sort of: Matador Records is releasing five compilation albums of Pavement rarities, and the first LP in the series—titled The Secret History Vol. 1—will include both b-sides and performances from a 1992 concert.

Pavement formed in 1989, broke up around 2000 and got back together reunion tour in 2010, making stops on late-night TV shows. They haven’t officially performed together since.

Secret History Vol. 1 is mostly made up of songs that didn’t make the cut for their 1992 debut, Slanted and Enchanted, but were featured on that Luxe & Reduxe edition of that album that Matador Records released in 2002. See the full tracklist here. The album will be available Aug. 11.
