Kanye West has kept major info about his new album, Swish, under wraps, but he gave a few hints about what’s in store in a new interview with Hot 97. When asked about the LP’s progress, West insisted that all he does is go to the studio every day. “[I’m working] on it slowly,” he told Ebro and Nessa, “to make it an art project [and] deliver the innovation that I know I can and that I’ve consistently done since 808s [& Heartbreak] and [My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy].

Swish is one of the most anticipated releases of the year, and already has a few singles to its name—”All Day,” “FourFiveSeconds” and “Only One.” But ‘Ye has yet to announce when it will debut. Unfortunatley, this new interview suggests we’ll have to keep waiting.

“I just want to take some time and focus on my album, my next collection, and North’s birthday,” he said. “Just focus on my family and then be able to recharge and reenergize and bring something of value.”

Here’s Hot 97’s full interview with West, which also clears up those rumors that he got kicked out of a Chuck-E-Cheese. (Spoiler: he didn’t.)
