Since Alanis Morissette released Jagged Little Pill 20 years ago, the album’s had a constant presence in pop culture: Weird Al incorporated “You Oughta Know”—the album’s lead single—into one of his zany polkas, Beyoncé covered it at the Grammys, and a drunk Liz Lemon sang it into a wine bottle on 30 Rock. That song—and the album as a whole—is everywhere.

To celebrate Pill‘s 20th anniversary, here’s how some musicians, TV shows, and films have referenced Morissette’s now-classic third album.

1. “Alternative Polka,” “Weird Al” Yankovic (1996)

Weird Al’s known for his parodies of popular tracks, but he’s also been putting together polka medleys of hit songs since 1984. He included “You Oughta Know” on 1996’s “Alternative Polka” along with Beck’s “Loser” and Green Day’s “Basket Case.”
