The main trio in the upcoming Dope are obsessed with ’90s hip hop, so it only makes sense that the movie’s soundtrack—curated by executive producer Pharrell Williams—is heavy on the genre: Nas, Public Enemy, and A Tribe Called Quest are a few of the acts that appear on the album.

The soundtrack also features four original songs Williams wrote for Awreeoh, the main characters’ punk band. “It was exhilarating to sit there in the studio with Pharrell as he composed the music,” director Rick Famuyiwa told EW in January. “I’d tell him about Malcolm and then he’d disappear to his magic lair, or wherever he goes, and then he’d have a song about it and it’d be amazing.”

Dope arrives in theaters June 19, and the soundtrack comes out June 16. See the tracklist below.
