Ryan Seacrest has lined up his next Fox hosting gig. With American Idol set to have its final season next year, Seacrest will host a new summer series titled Knock Knock Live, from Idol producer Simon Fuller.

Here’s the premise: Each week, Seacrest’s team shows up on the front door of an unsuspecting person offering a chance to win a big cash prize, meet their favorite celebrities and “turn their dreams into reality.” Examples include a person’s favorite professional basketball player who challenges them to a game in their driveway, or a major pop star in the world performing a concert on their front lawn.

Seacrest —who will also serve as an exectuive producer on the series—will host the show from a studio in Los Angeles, while his team travels the country.

Knock Knock Live premieres Tuesday, July 21 (and if you’d like to sign up to potentially have the prize team show up at your door, go here).
