A$AP Rocky’s upcoming album At.Long.Last.A$AP, scheduled for June 2, has one of the best rundowns of featured artists a rapper could ask for. It boasts the likes of Kanye West, M.I.A., and even Rod Stewart. Seriously. If “Electric Body,” with Schoolboy Q on board, is a sign for the rest of the record and those collabs, then allow the unbridled excitement to seep out. It’s a bumping joint, with slapping bass and quick drum claps under A$AP and Schoolboy’s sharp rhyming. But then “Electric Body” goes ethereal and spacey, a stark stylistic contrast that requires multiple listens to absorb. Check it out below.
