Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of late singer Whitney Houston, had her guardianship case settled Friday. Father Bobby Brown and aunt Pat Houston were appointed as co-guardians of the 22-year-old, according to 11Alive in Atlanta. “We are appreciative of the manner in which Judge Jeryl Debra Rosh handled this matter,” the legal council said in a statement on behalf of Brown and Houston.
Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in a bathtub in late January and was placed in a medically induced coma. There have not been many updates since, but Bobby Brown said last month that he had seen his daughter awake. His lawyer issued a statement saying that Bobbi Kristina’s condition had changed and that “doctors have indicated that she will have a long life,” but a long rehabilitation process loomed.
