Are we drinking crazy pills or is BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge really going in on its cover choices lately? Tropical house producer Kygo and Parson James, the vocalist from his latest single, “Stole the Show,” Parson James stopped by for a video released Tuesday and gave Tove Lo’s “Habits (Stay High)” a stripped down rendition. Kygo, born Kyrre Gørvell-Dahll, manning the piano gives a fuller understanding of how he constructs his tropical house tracks and James waves a perfectly understated vocal throughout. It may be true that “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” with how good the Swedish popstress’ original is, but this is a fun take, nonetheless.

Kygo has certainly not come into 2015 quietly—his prior release “Firestone” featuring Conrad is close to 154 million streams on Spotify and a fixture in the U.K charts (“Show” is also impressive at 77 million Spotify streams), he closed both Sundays at Coachella’s Mojave tent, and plans to release an EP this summer which he’ll follow with a full-length in the fall.
