The backbone’s connected to the chest bone? Not in Brennan’s house.

With tonight’s episode, Bones becomes the longest-running one-hour drama for producing studio 20th Century Fox Television. Fittingly, the landmark hour also happens to be the series’ 206th installment, meaning that there are officially enough episodes of this show to build a skeleton. To celebrate, Executive Producer Stephen Nathan says that they’ll be dropping the names of all 206 bones in the human body—and if Brennan gets her way, at least some of those shout-outs will happen in song. As this preview for the episode teases, Booth and Brennan’s daughter is learning the old “Dem Bones” song in school, and Brennan can’t let that stand.

“Brennan’s very upset because it’s not anatomically correct,” says Emily Deschanel.

Now, Brennan is out to write a song that does the skeletal system justice—which would be easier if anything rhymed with clavicle.

Bones airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. on Fox.
