How to Make it in America
- TV Show
Crack open a Rasta Monsta and enjoy Victor Rasuk’s recent photo on Facebook. There, the Fifty Shades of Grey star posted a picture from Bryan Greenberg’s Instagram account—and teased the possibility of a third season of How to Make It in America in the caption.
“#Regram hangin with my brotha from anotha @bryangreenberg,” Rasuk wrote. “We tryin’ to make it happen people!! #Season3 @getpaidedelman.” (@getpaidedelman is the Twitter handle of How to Make It in America executive producer Ian Edelman. His account currently seems to have a spam problem.)
Starring Rasuk, Greenberg, Scott “Kid Cudi” Mescudi, Eddie Kaye Thomas, Luis Guzman and Lake Bell, How to Make It in America ran for two seasons on HBO between 2010 and 2011. (Gina Gershon was among the show’s high profile guest stars.) Created by Edelman, How to Make It in America focused on two New York hustlers who had a penchant for denim and the occasional energy drink. It’s perhaps best remembered for its opening credits, which feature Aloe Blacc’s “I Need A Dollar.”
