Jack and the Beanstalk is on track to get another go at the big screen, this time with Vince Gilligan and Disney on board.

Disney is acquiring the rights to Beanstalk, which is presently a detailed outline by Gilligan, according to Deadline Hollywood. The Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul creator is considering directing the revisionist take on the classic fairy tale, which last appeared on screen in director Bryan Singer’s 2013 adaptation, Jack the Giant Slayer.

Thomas Schnauz, who has written for both Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, will pen the script. Gilligan and Mark Johnson will produce.
