ATX Television Festival will open this year’s event with the premiere of USA Network’s Complications, the festival announced Thursday.

Complications creator and executive producer Matt Nix will be on hand for the premiere with cast members Jessica Szohr and Beth Riesgraf. The show follows suburban doctor John Ellis (Jason O’Mara), whose daughter recently died, as he becomes a hero after saving a young boy in a drive-by shooting. Upon learning the boy is still marked for death, John commits himself to doing whatever it takes to keep him safe. Complications airs June 18.

NBC’s Hannibal and season five of USA’s Suits will also premiere at the four-day festival in Austin. Additional ATX highlights include a “Cancelled Too Soon” screening of Bunheads, a 25-year anniversary screening of HBO’s Dream On and a Dawson’s Creek pilot reading presented by Kevin Williamson.

James L. Brooks will receive ATX’s Second Annual Achievement in Television Excellence Award for a 50-year career that consists of creating TV shows Mary Tyler Moore, Taxi and The Simpsons.

ATX returns for its fourth year on June 4.
