Blythe Danner and Rhea Pearlman get high in the first 'I'll See You in My Dreams' trailer
Retired schoolteacher and longtime widow Carol Petersen (Blythe Danner) tries speed dating, marijuana, and drinking wine with her pool boy to get her mind off the death of her dog in the trailer for I’ll See You in My Dreams, released by Bleecker Street on Tuesday.
Surrounded her three girlfriends — played by Rhea Pearlman, June Squibb, and Mary Kay Place — Carol navigates two very different relationships with the much younger Lloyd (Martin Starr) and passionate-about-life Bill (Sam Elliott), despite declaring, “You couldn’t pay me,” to take a second husband.
Sundance favorite I’ll See You in My Dreams hits theaters in May.
