For the 20th anniversary of the Backstreet Boys, the guys not only recorded a new album, but also filmed a documentary. In the doc, titled Backstreet Boys: Show ‘Em What You’re Made Of, viewers watch the guys work in London while also following them on individual trips to their hometowns. 20 years later, the guys finally dish on Lou Pearlman, NSYNC, what fame is really like, and more.

The documentary, which had a limited theater release in January and is available on VOD and iTunes, is now making its television debut as part of VH1’s Rock Doc series. EW has an exclusive clip, in which the NSYNC-BSB rivalry begins courtesy of Lou Pearlman.

Backstreet Boys: Show ‘Em What You’re Made Of airs Friday, April 3 at 9 p.m. on VH1.
