This week’s EW cover star Amy Schumer called in to EW Sirius XM’s Women on Pop this afternoon to talk about her EW cover story, the upcoming season of Inside Amy Schumer, common misconceptions about feminism and of course, TVs sexiest shows.

Schumer said this season of her Comedy Central show is going to be more “in your face,” than ever before.

“I think the first two seasons I was a little bit like, ‘I really wanna keep people watching Daniel Tosh and keep people at Comedy Central happy,’ cause it is such a male demographic. And I think we kinda snuck in the back door, like we kinda of snuck our army in and were fighting from the inside,” Schumer said. “And now we’re just not pandering to anybody. So it’s just balls to the walls this season.”

Listen to the clip below to hear Schumer talk about why she doesn’t get why people associate feminism with “men hating,” and wonder why they cast sexy actors as the rapists on her favorite TV shows.
