Exclusive 'Zoo' poster claims that 'the wild shall inherit the earth'
- TV Show
Based on James Patterson’s bestselling novel, CBS’s new summer series Zoo is all about the eye of the … lion? At least, that’s the takeaway from the show’s key art, which EW is premiering exclusively.
According to the poster, “the wild shall inherit the earth”—which can’t be good for stars James Wolk, Kristen Connolly, Billy Burke, Nora Arnezeder, and Nonso Anozie. Specifically, Zoo is a global thriller about a wave of violent animal attacks against humans occurring all across the planet. So yeah, it’s definitely not looking good for the aforementioned actors.
In the series, Wolk plays Jackson Oz, a young, renegade zoologist who runs safaris in Africa. At least, until the animals start attacking. Then he has to figure out exactly what’s causing the attacks.
Zoo premieres Tuesday, June 30 at 9 p.m. on CBS
