Apple TV is getting its own celeb-focused programming courtesy of Young Hollywood. The entertainment studio will debut its content exclusively on the Apple product, the company announced Tuesday.
Along with Young Hollywood Now, Young Hollywood’s source for the latest entertainment news, the network will premiere seven new original half-hour series. Future programming will span across multiple platforms including reality, scripted series, animation, and documentaries with a focus on topics such as entertainment, music, sports, fashion, and lifestyle. The target audience is millennials.
“We are thrilled to bring our one-of-a-kind programming to Apple TV,” RJ Williams, founder and CEO of Young Hollywood said in a release. “Our exclusive debut on Apple TV marks our next phase of growth and we plan to maximize the value of our content through this best-in-class distribution platform.”
In addition to the Apple TV, the brand delivers content to users through mobile, desktop, tablets, and television.
