Charlie Sheen does not think President Barack Obama should be filling out NCAA brackets on television—and he made this (kind of) clear in a Thursday tweet that criticized Obama for filling out the brackets.

“Barry Satera Kenya,” he addresed Obama, referring to the president’s father’s birthplace, “u won’t attend a soldier’s funeral uhkros da street that u kild yet u hav time 4 brackets? s a d.” The former Two and a Half Men star attached a screengrab of Obama working on his bracket for added effect.

The soldier he’s referring to might be Major General Harold Greene, who died in Afghanistan Aug. 5. But why he attached “Satera” to Obama’s name is less clear: It is not his middle name, and it is probably something Sheen completely made up—especially seeing as a quick Google search leads to a site titled “The Meaning of Names” that claims “Hoorah! You are a unique individual!” if you have the apparently extremely rare name.
