Vampire romance Let the Right One In has been a novel, a Swedish movie, an American movie, and a play. And now it may be coming to American television, EW has confirmed. The Hollywood Reporter first reported that A&E is working on a drama series based on John Ajvide Lindqvist’s novel about a bullied boy and his vampire neighbor.

According to THR, Teen Wolf showrunner Jeff Davis and Brandon Boyce, an actor-writer who has appeared on Davis’s show, are adapting. The project is still in the script development phase.

The beloved Swedish film, which Lindqvist himself scripted, opened in 2008, while the American remake (Let Me In) came in 2010 starring Chloë Grace Moretz. The stage adaptation recently finished up a run in Brooklyn after runs in the U.K.
