Rumors about the follow-up to Kanye West’s Yeezus have been swirling since the minute it dropped. One long-running piece of supposed insider info is that the album now known as So Help Me God would include a song called “Awesome” dedicated to Kim Kardashian. While it was one of the more difficult-to-believe bits of gossip floating around the project—it seems like West of all people should know that “awesome” is completely played out, and that the only people who use it anymore are tech bros and TV ad copywriters—it appears to be true.

Today the recording surfaced on the Internet, and it does seem to be a slow jam about Kim that refers to her as “awesome” on almost every line. (West also calls himself “awesome” several times.) As the second tender ballad dedicated to members of his immediate family, West’s recent bond with Paul McCartney—who may as well have invented the concept of the idyllic domesticity-themed LP with his first couple solo albums—makes a lot more sense.

It’s not clear yet if this was an official leak or whether “Awesome” will actually appear on So Help Me God.
