Panic! at the Disco brought fans back to 2006 with a performance of “I Write Sins Not Tragedies” at the University of California, Riverside, on March 7, and Chance the Rapper decided to join in the throwback.

Both artists were at the school to take part in its Heat Music Festival, and festivalgoers went nuts when Panic!’s Brendon Urie pulled Chance onstage from the crowd. Chance acted more as a pump-up man than a guest performer, but did join Urie for a (rather pitchy) high note toward the end.
