Louis Schwadron spent time playing with the Polyphonic Spree and Rufus Wainwright, has sat in with everyone from Radiohead to Elton John to David Bowie, and after a decade of sideman work, is striking out on his own under the name Sky White Tiger. His new EP, Child of Fire, fuses contemporary electronics and classic rock songcraft, bringing some of Bowie’s Ziggy Stardust-era sci-fi fantasy into the 21st century.

His new video for “Don’t Matter Much” puts that sci-fi side up front, with retro-psychedelic visuals that culminate in what director Frank DeLeon-Jones calls an “alien ritual which is a dance of light and dark and the union of male and female energy.”
