'Brooklyn Nine-Nine' exclusive clip: Meet Jake's dad, played by Bradley Whitford
Fasten your seat belts and return to your trays to the upright, locked position: Jake’s dad is coming in for landing on Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
Airing Sunday at 8:30 p.m. on Fox, the next episode of the Fox cop comedy will introduce you to Captain Roger Peralta, a regional airline pilot (played by the Emmy-winning actor Bradley Whitford) who has been an absentee father to Jake (Andy Samberg). He temporarily re-enters Jake’s atmosphere when he jets into town for a father-son weekend. Preview a scene from the episode, in which Charles (Joe Lo Truglio) gives Roger a less-than-warm welcome and Jake notices that Roger bears a chilling resemblance to a certain authority figure.
