Gotham isn’t in ashes quite yet, but if Batman’s villains have their way, not even the Caped Crusader will be able to stop them.

Some of the most famous faces in Batman’s rogues gallery come out to play in the new Batman: Arkham Knight trailer, with Scarecrow leading a city-wide scheme to finally assume control of Gotham. He’s joined by a motley crew including Two-Face, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn, and more in an endeavor to not just rule the city, but ensure that Batman’s legacy is destroyed.

Scarecrow’s speech is more than a little reminiscent of Bane’s diatribes in The Dark Knight Rises, and he shares the same cocky attitude that may very well lead to his downfall. Or maybe this time, it will be Batman who falls.

Batman: Arkham Knight recently received a Mature rating—which made it the first in the Arkham series to do so—and the new trailer doesn’t shy away from how dark a night Gotham will endure during the game.

Rocksteady Studio’s conclusion to its Arkham series will launch on June 2, 2015, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
