Ed Sheeran’s career is really taking off, but it might be time to consider a hobby—maybe meteorology? The “Thinking Out Loud” singer showed up Tuesday morning on BBC’s Radio 1 Nick Grimshaw’s breakfast show (Taylor Swift also made an appearance) and when asked to read the weather, he took the opportunity to make up his own.

“The weather outside is brisk. If you walk out you will get very, very pink cheeks very quickly,” Sheeran said. “There is a chance that you will step in a puddle today so please do not wear slippers outside.”

Newsbeat’s Tina Daheley delivered the real report, but Sheeran’s “don’t go outside with your slippers on” is now her new favorite weather line. And maybe everyone’s.
