Back in October we called Lindsey Powell’s project Fielded one of our favorite acts of the year’s CMJ Music Marathon, alongside Rae Sremmurd and Taylor Swift DM buddy BØRNS. Right now, Powell is working on releasing an EP called Boy Angel this spring that’s part of a larger creative plan involving starting her own fashion line and record label. The first single is a dramatic ballad called “I Choose You” that’s intense but, as Powell insists, still worthy of a spot on your V-day playlist.
