Dragon Age: Inquisition took home the top award at last night’s 18th annual DICE Awards, while Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor also had a great night despite not winning the top honor.

The DICE Awards, held by the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences, took place in Las Vegas as part of the D.I.C.E. Summit 2015. Inquisition was awarded Game of the Year by the AIAS. Mordor took home eight awards, and other big winners for the night included Bungie’s Destiny, mobile game Hearthstone, and Transistor, which won the first Sprite Award. Nintendo also took home three awards, one each for the Wii U and 3DS versions of Super Smash Bros., as well as an award for Mario Kart 8.

During the ceremony, the AIAS also celebrated Ralph Baer and Allan Alcorn with pioneer awards, as well as Apple with the inaugural Technical Impact award.
