Chris Pratt, Chris Evans make good on Super Bowl bet, raise $27K for children's hospitals
Following the defeat of the Seattle Seahawks in the Super Bowl on Sunday, Chris Pratt (a.k.a. Star-Lord) made good on his bet with Chris Evans by visiting Christopher’s Haven children’s hospital on Friday.
Pratt’s a Seahawks fan, while Evans is a New England Patriots fan, so the two made a bet that whoever lost would have to dress up in costume as their Marvel superhero character and visit a children’s hospital of the winner’s choosing.
And because the Seahawks lost, Pratt announced via Twitter that he would be headed to the Boston children’s hospital as Star-Lord. And Evans tagged along.
Pratt was also forced to sign a Tom Brady jersey as another condition of the bet.
The Seattle Children’s Hospital (Pratt’s choice), and Christopher’s Haven received nearly $27,000 in donations because of the “Twitterbowl 2015” bet between the two, the hospitals announced.
