Jennifer Hudson, Rita Ora to appear on 'Empire'

Fox has added two major musicians to its Empire.
EW has confirmed that both Rita Ora and Jennifer Hudson will guest star on the hip-hop drama this season.
There are no details yet about their roles, but according toE!, who first reported the news, they may play themselves.
In addition to her Oscar-winning turn as Effie White in 2006’s Dreamgirls, Hudson’s credits include in Sex and the City, The Secret Life of Bees, and multiple appearances on Smash, among others. Ora, meanwhile, had a guest role in 90210 and will play Christian Grey’s sister, Mia, in the upcoming Fifty Shades of Grey.
Empire airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on Fox.
