Football analyst Warren Sapp has been ousted from the NFL Network after getting arrested for assault and soliciting a prostitute Monday morning, according to Sports Illustrated

This isn’t the first time Sapp, who was inducted into the Football Pro Hall of Fame in 2013, has gotten in trouble with the law around the time of the Super Bowl: In 2010, Sapp was arrested for domestic battery in Florida the day before that year’s Super Bowl. The charges were later dropped, but he was banned from partaking in the network’s Super Bowl coverage that year.

Sapp, who played for both the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Oakland Raiders during his over decade-long football career, started his job as an analyst in 2008. His termination from the network is effective immediately.
